Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.
Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
Food Best consumed within 2 hours after the stipulated time of delivery. Caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed beyond the stipulated time.
Lead time: Finalize at least 4 working days before the event. Order increment of 5 guests.
The Management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event or amend the terms & conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice
Cancellation Policy
In the event of any cancellation or change of date for the order, a cancellation charge applies:
50% of the total spending with less than 4 working days of notification 100% of the total spending with less than 3 working days of notification
