Tasteless caterer

Reviewed on 22nd Aug 2025 Verified Purchase

I have ordered from this caterer before, the food is not bad. Don't know why the standard drop so much for this time round. Maybe they have changed chef.

The food was just average overall. Our family liked the Yu Sheng the most. However, the noodle was a tad too bland.

The caterer should invest on heat pad to keep the food warm.

Reviewed on 6th Feb 2025 Verified Purchase

The food was delivered more than 1 hour earlier than expected. The delivery time was to be between 5.30pm-6.30pm, but it arrived at 4.52pm. It was put in a plastic bag with seal, supposedly to keep it warm. But when we opened up the food containers ... More and trays, we found that it was not warm. It would be good if the caterer could provide heat pad. Another important point is, the quantity of food was small. Though we ordered for 15 pax, it seemed like the food quantity was for 10 pax. All these need to be improved.

The worst caterer that I've ever ordered from Foodline.

Reviewed on 2nd Feb 2025 Verified Purchase

1. Food delivered 1 hour late so all guests ended up eating cold food.
2. Only half tray of noodle provided for order of 35 pax.
3. Provided salty stir fry yellow noddle instead of braised ee fu noodle.
4. Chilled yam sago came in 2 small ... More containers and tasted horrible.
5. Vegetable is tasteless.
6. Lemongrass dory fillet is hard with no trace of lemongrass taste at all.
7. Delivery guy has totally no idea which sauce was meant for which dishes. He didnt even have lighter to light up the burner.
