Rilassi Catering

All the guests love the food, especially the curry chicken (generous portion of drumlets), is very flavourful. Prawns are fresh, egg sambal sauce is also very nice. All food are items served in a very generous portion. Delivery on time, reached about an hour earlier for the step up, more than enough time to heat up the food before consume time. Customer service is excellent too, order was confirmed in less than 24hrs. Will definitely order with them again and looking forward to try their other menu.

The food was not only healthy but also delicious, which is a rare combination to find in catered meals. The delivery was prompt, arriving right on schedule, which I greatly appreciated.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the meal, especially the variety of dishes offered. However, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. The noodles in one of the dishes were cut a bit too short for our liking and is abit soggy. It would be great if they could be kept a little longer in length in future orders.

Overall, I highly recommend this catering service for anyone looking for healthy and tasty meal options.

Good portion and nice almost all dishes. Guests were happy too and recommend few to order these . Will return to order again from this caterer.

I had ordered this mini buffet on the first day of CNY for my siblings and families. Timing of food arrival is just nice. I ordered for 19 pax, it came with 2 platters of yu sheng. It was refreshing and delight. There are ample food going around. My guests loved the food. Will order again.

Overall the food are ok and are substantial for the number of persons that were ordered for and the service is good.

Food quality and portions was generally ok but the fish was rather hard, chillie crab sauce and the smoked duck was really small in quantity. Yee fu noodles was good.
Set up needs improvement:
1. Buffet table was too short. No space for the dessert and flower arrangement.
2. Table skirting was torn at the bottom front.
3. No trash bags, food tongs and ladles were provided. Luckily I had some of my own at home.
4. I had to ask for bowls for the dessert, otherwise I would have had to eat dessert out of the drinking cups.
5. Only 4 cans of liquid fuel were initially provided. I had to persuade the delivery team to give me 4 more, as 4 would have been inadequate for heating up the 4 long food warmers and sustaining warm food for 4 hours.

The decoration was appropriate for the occasion.
Probably due to the busy festive period, the food could be better.

Delivery on time, seamless transaction. Food came hot, Portion is sufficient and food is tasty. Will order again in the future.

The food was delivered as per requested time. Most of the foods are good except for the cereal fish fillet, it was hard and diffucult to chew.

Rilassi Catering staff was quick to confirm my order and also sent a reminder a day before the delivery, which was very reassuring.
Though it's a rainy day, the elderly uncle's delivery was on time, and everything was in order.
The food from Rilassi Catering suited my family and my palate. We had an enjoyable reunion dinner with our relatives. Thanks!
