Fried food are all hard. sweet and sour chicken was labelled a popular choice but the chicken pieces are so big n mostly bones. fried rice is hard, red ruby is too sweet, drinks provided is too sweet. eating time was 230pm was late and didnt call until i messaged the lady who took my order. 1st time i ordered a buffet with so much left overs despite having alot of guests

Fish and chicken very hard. Pineapple fried rice dont have pineapple taste,, its like normal fried rice.

And Very dissapointed with them because they changed the eclair with cream puff without our knowledge. Reason : no more eclair... :(
My order was placed and confirm 4 days before the event day , it not a last minute order.

The mixed vegetables totally inedible,
Totally no seasoning , it’s just boil Vegs... even I can boil better myself...

Fish and chicken is too tough... but tasted ok..

Food Delivery timing is worst of all.. delivery man was late and I had no updates at all till I call at 11:57...

Was told arrival timing will be around 12:30.. however it only arrive at 12:45-12:50...

Ordered 100+ packets of Bento lunch sets (4 different types of menus - Thai, Singapore, Malay and Western) through foodline.sg and selected caterer Rilassi Catering for a company event. I had confirmed order two days before event and requested for delivery of food at 11.30am for event from 12 to 1pm. Caterer delivery was late and did not even inform me at 12pm and I had to call back to check only to be shocked that delivery can only be sent at 12.30pm instead. Eventually delivery was sent at 12.32pm and left about 15mins for the colleagues to have their lunch. As a result, many lunch boxes and deserts ordered were wasted as many could not wait for the food and the lack of time to have the food. Those who had eaten the bento sets complained that the rice was too hard and deserts overly sweet. I was massively disappointed with the service and delivery from the caterer and will likely not order anything again from the caterer.

Food and service is NOT RECOMMENDED. Supposed to have 20 smoked salmon yu sheng but only received 19. Informed the PIC but he insisted that it is correct although the delivery man also counted and confirm that it is only 19.

Food was mediocre. But you get what you paid for. The set up was appalling. No table skirting provided. Exposed table legs. We had to redo the set up by bringing down the table cloth to cover the legs and found that the table cloth was torn. Used our own pins to patch up the cloth.

First ordering, service was sub-standard. Usually caterer will arrive at least 30-45mins before to set up. Ni sight of them tried calling the offuce but no anawer as its a Saturday late afternoon. The office number should be directed to a mobile number right in case customer needs to reach them. They called couldn't find my location, was late yet no word of apology. There's no service at all.
Cater for 50pax but my event turn out was only 35 pax but the food was definitely not sufficient.
