It was really last minute order but Foodline help line helped me to find the catering company.

The delivery was prompt and extra cutleries were provided. The food is warm and fresh. Everyone enjoyed the food. Have ordered with them for the past events also. Standard is well maintained.

Value for money. We ordered only for 10 pax but their portions for all items are very big.
Food arrived early. However, they took away the insulated bag and the food was not warm.

In general, the food was quite good.

Special mention dishes:
1. Rilassi Soya Chicken - this tastes like korean fried chicken, better that other KFC
2. Cereal prawn - got zi char standard, very fresh prawns
3. Bo Bo Cha Cha - not too sweet, just nice.
4. Sayur Lodeh - Sufficiently spicy

Improvement:
Salted egg sauce doesnt taste like salted egg.
Nasi Bryani needs more spices. Taste a bit bland.

The caterer was very responsive, and the replies are almost immediate, which is my favourite part of the caterer. The food was decent, Ngoh Hiang was the guest's favourite. The only setback was the chocolate eclair, which was reaffirmed when they first mentioned stock is low and that at least 1 set will be provided, we ordered an additional set.

However, at the last minute, a day before was told that eclair will be replaced with chocolate puffs. Despite that, they have generously offered a free eclair set when the stock arrives at the end of the month. While there is service recovery, personally, I felt that more could be done, such as purchasing from another caterer if the stock is already promised.

Delivery on time and the delivery man good in services.
Curry chicken most popular and like it so much.
Overall good will consider to reorder from Foodline on line order.

Food is well prepare on time. Good service and the people who done the setup is nice. Food is delicious.

The food is extremely delicious, guests were all having more than 2nd helping and checking out the caterer’s name & menu. None of the dishes were there for us to nitpick on. This catering has definitely made an excellent impression to my guests which the food feeds them well. Thank you Rilassi Catering .

Value for money package! Delivery was prompt, arrived 10 mins beforehand and all the while provide communication via call to inform they are coming. Provided table and setup for CNY. Food was nice and sufficient portion.

Food was delivered on time & well packed. Portion was sufficient & food taste was reasonably good. My guests liked the fried rice & grilled fish but find the seafood bomb tasteless. The chicken didnt look appetising but tasted not bad. Customer service was good.
