Food was tasty but limited food variety
Food was tasty and portion was generous for 3 pax. My only issue was the limited food variety. I ordered both lunch and dinner (lunch & dinner menu different) from the same caterer for 14 days.
It was usually the same type of dishes for each meal - same type of fish, chicken, vege but different flavours/cooking style. Chicken parts always the same, chopped up chicken thighs/legs. Most of the time dishes are cheap i.e. fried egg, sunny side up, potato wedges/ngoh hiang (had this for several meals). Soup dish was always vege soup and only once chicken soup.
$7.50 per pax ($23 for 3pax per meal) for the food variety is simply not worth it. I understand the price include other fees like transport, plastic containers and can accept cheaper dishes once in a while. But to have it almost every meal is not acceptable. I've feedback to the caterer about a week into the package but so far no changes, probably more portioning?
It will be better if the menu could improve since food was delicious (for home cooked meals like chicken, fish and vege) and portion is generous. So if you are just looking for taste and portioning and doesnt mind the limited food variety, then this will be ideal.

Good at first, then disappointed
Great service, I only wish the food standard maintained. It was really nice in the first 2 weeks. I understand that tingkat caterers reserve the right to change dishes, but the entire menu did not follow at all after the first 2 weeks. There was no "international" theme and it was just plain rice and normal chinese dishes every day.
The food is averagely savored.
Yes, the delivery is prompt. The packing is in good condition. They provide thermo carriers to maintain the warmth of food supplied.
Good variety of food, tasty too.
The food was delivered in time and the staff has a good variety of food. It will be good if the meat can be a bigger portion.
Not bad! Can give it a try.
The food is an interesting fusion more than Thai. There was even pasta included. Refreshing compared to normal Chinese tingkat.
Good, convenient especially if you have no time to cook!
We love how careful they wrap the soups and dishes with gravy so that the food will not spill. Food was good too, we enjoy having different type of dishes daily.
It's a great pleasure!
Was quite surprised that they even provide tongs and ladles for the food even there is no set ups. It was the first time ordering from them and had even recommend my families for the future events.
Food was delicious and of good quantity. Service excellent.
Food was delicious and of good quantity, and the delivery came half an hour earlier than the specified time. Very convenient as the cutlery and even garbage bags came with the order.

Food is ok, my favourite is spicy chicken. I find the package a little too pricey. Service is great.
