Delivery was punctual but no set up. Just unload all the dishes and did a check with me and go off in a hurry. Prior to delivery no call to inform ahead as well - almost panic in case didn't turn up!

Food wise overall is good. Guests complimented on food quality and taste. Food also arrived warmed and ready to eat.

Overall okay, will recommend but please do inform ahead of delivery so as to give customers a peace of mind. :)

Curry chicken is superb, portion is big.
But The cereal fish, samosa, egg tofu with minced meat & spinach trio eggs portion are smaller than expected.

From my catering experience, the portion doesn’t seems like 20 people catering.

The food taste is standard. But the portion is big. Value of money. Will consider order from them again for the next event.

I saw some reviews about this caterer seems not bad so give a try. The CSO was very friendly and she assist me to get the caterer to replace one dish to another dish. The process was quite smooth and easy via the phone. On the event, the uncle came 10mins early to do setup and every setup on time before my guests arrival. As for the foods look ok but received some feedbacks that the foods was not very nice and tasty but still edible.

Delivery uncle was on time and precise. Order was better than expected as the disposable wears that came with the order was of good quality and more than sufficient for use. Food quantity was very value-for-money and food taste very good!

Portion is just enough, taste is just so so only.
The fried rice taste is not so good, many guest doesnt like it, we throw almost half.
The rest of dish are okay, the prawn is fresh, nice.

I ordered Sin Chow Fried Beehoon, Curry chicken, oat cereal fish fillet, Egg tofu, chap chye, siew mai, kuehs and eclairs.

All the dishes are really nice especially the cereal fish. Curry chicken smells so good and they were really generous with their chicken. They gave me huge chunks of chicken.

Except that the nonya kueh is slightly on the sweeter side. But if you have a sweet tooth, you will definitely love it.

Food was delicious! Serving size is reasonable, this is our 2nd time ordering from Rilassi Catering. Food was delivered 15mins before scheduled time which was good. Plastic Utensils and cutlery were provided. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service.

Food was good, however i made the wrong timing thinking that they will come earlier before the event time like other catering

The caterer forgot to setup warmer and when I try to reach them via the hotline and mobile, they are uncontactable until 2hours into my event did they return my message.
