One of the best food catering service I ordered.
The food are still warm when arrived on time

Food were ok. But the drink was leaking out from the dispenser throughout the event and created some mess around the area. Service from delivery man was good though.

Caterer called 3-4 days in advance to confirm order 8wguch is reassuring. Delivery came an hour earlier and driver obmy called when he reached the venue. I felt 'rushed' to reach the event venue though I was on my way. Caterer previously mentioned food will reach venue 30-45 minutes earlier so I wasn't prepared for an hour earlier. Overall, food is good and nice. Though portion can be more.

The caterer came in time. All food were good and fresh. The delivery man were courteous and friendly.

It was my first time ordering from Rilassi Catering. Food was delivered before stated time. Sugar cane shrimp was very popular among my guests but can't have second helping. Overall, the food is delicious, may consider to order again.

The food portion are adequate for the no. of person that were ordered.

Would like to feedback on the food portion for "Prosperity Yu Sheng". It will be good to indicate the
the portion provided for how many persons, so as to avoid further ordering of Yu Sheng from outside which I have done so. As I am not awared that the Yu Sheng that was provided were enough to serve all my guests.

Anyway, I am happy with the food and service provided by Foodonline staff.

Food and service generally are rather good. The fried fish fillet with sweet lychee sauce turned out to be a surprisingly tasty dish as I've never come across a good fish dish from other caterers. The egg tofu with chili crab sauce is a disappointment as the sauce is not that tasty as I thought.

Food arrived punctually for the CNY 1st day dinner event and food was warm and delicious. It was value for money!

The delivery came on the dot at 5.30pm which is perfect. The packaging is good. The food arrived warm and ready to serve, the source and dish are packed separately with clear label.
