Good food , good taste and good service. They arrive early to set up
that is good , only no warmers.

French Aia-Orange Chicken is very nice, It's delicious, it tastes good, the colours look good, and the portions are enough.

Order came late. Food is good. May be because of the holiday season. Likely to order again.

I ordered Peranakan Laksa Fried Rice but was given something else, I am not sure if it is pineapple rice but is certainly not Peranakan Laksa Fried rice. I did not take a picture. The rest of the food is ok. I am glad the caterer called up subsequently to offer a 20% discount to my order and also apologized for the mistake. I certainly appreciate their gesture.

First time ordering from Rilassi. The delivery man (I forgot his name!) was excellent in his setup routine. He was patient, professional and friendly. He made my order from Rilassi more satisfying. Thank you, delivery man:)

All my guests loved the food. Guests who don't normally eat a lot went for seconds and helped themselves to the food generously - yes, the food portions were generous!

I was not informed prior when the food is out for delivery. I tried multiple attempts calling the available number provided, to track the status of the items, however no one picked up...Appreciate if vendor can inform us prior when the delivery is e.g. on its way, stuck in traffic etc. Food eventually arrived and luckily they tasted pretty okay and price was reasonable.

Food taste is acceptable. Excluding the rice, the portion of the rest of the dishes is slightly less for 20pax. Overall it was a pleasant experience :)

The customer service was responsive and helpful when i needed one item changed. Food was alright except that everyone complained that the curry chicken was too watery.

The delivery was on time and food were great. It serve as a valuable mini buffet for our Christmas gathering and the portion of the food was adequate.
