Rilassi Catering

Food was overall good and delivery man was friendly. its not the first time i ordered from Rilassi!!

Thank you Rilassi for making our BBQ gathering so restful! Thank you for sending it even though it might be out of way (not home, no lift) you delivered it all the way to the bbq pit on time though it was slightly away from carpark!
Thanks for the big portions of the Yang Chow fried rice and again for the free cream puffs added to our menu!

Food taste was rather disappointing this time round. Noodle presentation was not as good as previously.
Fish was pretty dry up, curry was pretty oily too.
Eclair is nice.

Service was excellent and prompt. Delivery man was nice and friendly.

The portion was a little small. Held the event for 52 pax and ordered for 55 pax but the food was still not enough.

Onion Egg Omelette was so nice that everyone enjoys it. The caterer is also very helpful in explaining that the food should be warmed first.

Food was value for money. Ordered for 35pax and quantity was more than sufficient. No setup as it was mini buffet. Would order again!

I would like to give Ahmat from Rilassi Catering a big thank you & many likes for his good customer service !

I am a very happy & satisfied customer. I repeated the catering service for today (after the catering yesterday).

Ahmat is a very responsible, fast, efficient, friendly & hardworking staff from Rilassi Catering. He goes beyond extra miles to provide good customer service.

Ahmat’s service is very good as he is very friendly & have courtesy. He is also able to think for the customers & provide us with suggestion.

I’m very happy to be served by Ahmat as he served me well. I was wondering why is the curry from Rilassi so oily when I received it so I asked Ahmat.

However, Ahmat replied me in a good manner & explain to me slowly, patiently & clearly so I would understand why curry need to have oil - so when heating it up. it will release the fragrance of the spices - I was very impressive from the way he described it to me so I accepted his explanation.

Your company should be grateful to have Ahmat as a great employee representing Rilassi Catering :).

Ahmat not only have the abilities to work, he also have the capabilities to help us as he knows his product well. He is more than just a delivery man - he not only have product knowledge but also problem solving skills.

Thanks ahmat for your quick hands & fast response even though my order was last minutes (last night).

You have been a great help as you managed to help me to push through your colleague kimi :) & get my order done.

Really a big thank you , Ahmat !
I really appreciate for all your effort & time - it’s so nice & rare to see such nice people now a days - a good service provider who really put in their heart to work for the customers (although it is after office hours but you still help us)
