Rilassi Catering

Ordered 100+ packets of Bento lunch sets (4 different types of menus - Thai, Singapore, Malay and Western) through foodline.sg and selected caterer Rilassi Catering for a company event. I had confirmed order two days before event and requested for delivery of food at 11.30am for event from 12 to 1pm. Caterer delivery was late and did not even inform me at 12pm and I had to call back to check only to be shocked that delivery can only be sent at 12.30pm instead. Eventually delivery was sent at 12.32pm and left about 15mins for the colleagues to have their lunch. As a result, many lunch boxes and deserts ordered were wasted as many could not wait for the food and the lack of time to have the food. Those who had eaten the bento sets complained that the rice was too hard and deserts overly sweet. I was massively disappointed with the service and delivery from the caterer and will likely not order anything again from the caterer.

1.5hour late by Caterer, request for food to be ready at 6.15pm but the caterer reach at 7.30pm & food was only ready at 7.50pm.

Food and service is NOT RECOMMENDED. Supposed to have 20 smoked salmon yu sheng but only received 19. Informed the PIC but he insisted that it is correct although the delivery man also counted and confirm that it is only 19.

Good service, generous portion and punctual!

The service was prompt and friendly. I made a change and the caterer accommodated my request. Nice.

Good food and value for money!:) all the food served were palatable and within expectations. Didn't really like the breadrd fish as it was a bit dry but other than that, everything else was good! Loved the fried rice and tofu. Deliverymen were really friendly too. Thank you, Rilassi!
