The food was disappointing. The sesame chicken was rather tough. The yusheng was miserable , I added my own abalone and pomelo. The dessert was mostly made up of canned cocktails and not many Taiwan Ai yu Jelly.

However feel that they should provide more fuel heaters. One for each large tray is not enough. The food is still not hot after 15 mins. My ... More previous caterer provided 2 for each large tray. Do look into this.
