Have been ordering from ROBERT CATERING since from the day company practice working from home. Dishes are generally flavorful.

Wide variety from fish, chicken and even prawns. Some dishes may be a tad salty though. Price is reasonable and portion for two pax is more than enough for two.

Overall the food is tasty and nutritious. There is quite a variety of food provided and delivery was always on time and excellent service

Tried many tingkat services all were generally okay, but Robert Catering's Food and service was excellent, one of the most value for money tingkat around, wide variety of good dishes, surprisingly at this price point... the only tingkat which serves sliced fresh fish instead of the standard fried fish that most tingkats served. Soups are great nothing too complicated. Service recovery was excellent when they served the wrong order to me. Friendly and welcoming to accept any feedback. Only feedback is, request that they will be able to consistently serve their great proper dishes everyday instead of finger food sometimes.

It was our first tingkat dinner order. Overall, the food is a little salty for our taste buds. Initially, we put in special request such as no spicy in our order but it still came 1 time and after I feedback to their customer support, it is okay after that. The last incident was we had our food quite late as it usually delivers at about 3-4pm. When I called the customer support, they told me it is because they have a new driver so likely he is trying to find his way to our block. Eventually, our food came and we have a late dinner.

The dishes so far to us is fine. Value for $ and flexible service regards my requirements.

I was disappointed with this tingkat provider.

Delivery of my dinner tingkat is usually at around 2pm, which means my food will be left for at least 4-5hours before its consumed. Will be good if they are prepared slightly later.

Quality: very bad. Look at the hard boiled eggs, it was fried so badly that the exterior is tough and stiff, the inside was dry and empty. The vegetables are all old and not fresh, the carrots are black.

Quantity: very little for 2 pax.

Good value for money. However, there was a week where the fried finger food (seaweed chicken, chicken nuggets, fried fish fillet) was too delivered too frequently. Some days the dishes were varied and flavorful, other days they were bland. In general, acceptable quality for the price.

I ordered their 5 days special promo. Parents dun really like it. Reviews given was good so I chose it to give it a try.

These 10 days of Tingkat was really good. We didn’t have much to ask why this and that. We just ate all up as the combination of dishes in that day were really complimenting one another. We love all the vegetable dishes.
