Tried their 5 days trial promo and quite ok with their cooking and services. Continued with another 20 days order and hope they will not fail my expectation.

Repeat customer. Renewed a few times. Generally food is acceptable. Added advantage with special items on Tuesday and Friday.

Portion size normal and flavour normal. Overall average. Not necessary have meat daily as it may be replaced by prawn or fish.
Food was delivered around 3.30pm daily.

Ordering for the 2nd time. Not too oily and less salty than some caterer I've tried before. Arrived very early at 2.30pm for a dinner meal.

The food taste was great! I find it nicer than the previous caterer. However, the portion was not as much as them. Overall, reasonable portion and price still. The lunch reached about 12pm.

The food is nice and portion is reasonable. Service is good as well we decided to extend subscription foodline

This was our first time trying the tingkat from Robert Catering. So far we like the food and we renewed a second time. Delivery timing a bit early, around 4 PM for dinner.

Overall foods still quite nice and not salty. But will prefer if can have more spicy stuff like curry chicken, curry fish and so on.

Nice decent food selections, cannot be so choosy.

Sometime, I really wonder if the cooks cannot cook local delights, why bother?
Moreover, these local delights are been packed using styrofoam boxes which by the time given had hints of sourness already.

The main letdown is the plastic containers that been used which sometime cut into fingers.

Food generally is ok. Would suggest that Loyalty Points/ Rewards be given to those who made repeated orders. This will encourage customers to stick to the same tingkat, thus reducing admin & delivery issues.
