Service was not bad but food wise tasteless / bland. Did not look forward to eating the food. The dishes were generally not up to standard and seems like the cook has no cooking experience or had forgotten to add salt when cooking.

Consistent delivery timing for all delivery dates. As usual, daily soup is highlight of meal. Variety is good and the weekly menu is provided the taste is fine & not too oily.
Type and quality of vegetables are better. Likely to continue order with Robert catering.

Pleasant experience on 1st trial - prompt delivery, food nicely packed & dishes more tasty as compared my past orders with other caterers.

First time trying out this tingkat caterer. Good variety of food. Tasty but not too salty. Soup is more than enough for two pax but the dishes portion could be bigger. Delivery was on time except for one day where the delivery was way too early. Overall the food is good. Worth a try.

Food taste nice but alittle blend. Portion can be more for 2 pax. Service is good, very responsive. Delivery timing is great, arrive around 11am

Decently tasty overall for all their meals. Didn't like the scrambled egg though as it had a burnt taste to it. May consider ordering from them again in future, but would probably opt for no fried food for a healthier meal.

Good value for the price paid and quality of food. Provides variety each week with little repeats. It will be good to have more green veggies though :)

Ordered for my elderly mother who has a bit of hearing problem. On one occasion, I called up customer service to check if food was delivered because my mother did not hear anyone knocking on the door. Driver actually came back to verify that it was still left outside the door.

This is my second time ordering the 20-Day Dinner Tingkat from the same caterer. I like their soups except those with tang kuei which they usually substituted with another dish as requested. However, whenever they forget to substitute and I call to complain, they will always make good by giving an extra dish the next day. On certain days, they even give the extra dish for no reason.

The food is acceptable, at times quite good, and there is no MSG which is very important for me, but the service is really good and they are flexible whenever a request is made.

Quality is pretty good overall; Quantity a bit out (for 1 day) because caterer used a different size container due to shortage of supply however caterer compensated the next day with additional dish the next day; Service is good (punctual delivery time and was not too early around 11am-12pm for lunch)
