Food portion was alright; food taste so so; delivery timing was good then, as it is not too early or late. The food was still warm after every delivery.

The dishes so far is fine. Flexible service regards my requirements. But recent change of delivery time was late hope the time to be more consistent like previous.

Missed out the delivery of rice for 2 pax on 1st day, so we requested the driver to send it but was told to replace with something else on the 2nd day.. How to eat without the rice?? So I called up the caterer to deliver the rice no matter what on 1st day. It was delivered but it leaves a bad impression for me.

Food was average at best and at times it seems too low value. Vegetables were bad.... not nice at all.........

The food is edible, but can be better. i would say it has improved since last year, and still can improve.

I was disappointed with this tingkat provider.

Delivery of my dinner tingkat is usually at around 2pm, which means my food will be left for at least 4-5hours before its consumed. Will be good if they are prepared slightly later.

Quality: very bad. Look at the hard boiled eggs, it was fried so badly that the exterior is tough and stiff, the inside was dry and empty. The vegetables are all old and not fresh, the carrots are black.

Quantity: very little for 2 pax.

The dishes so far to us is fine. Value for $ and flexible service in regards to my requirements.

The worst caterer I ever had. The dishes repeated every week. One dish which is the egg tofu I had it every alternate days. Every alternate day it’s cauliflowers as well. Same dishes every week. Soup also same. Portion is so small. I order for two pax. Given portion is for one pax.

Overall the dishes are reasonably tasty, but more on the salty side. A bit more colorful would be healthier. Portion is just enough for 2 normal adults.
For the price I paid for is considered reasonable.

Quality average. Portion and variety below average. Menu given only upon request and often inaccurate. Processed food is part of menu. Failed to deliver on one make-up day but followed up with delivery. Delivery by 4.00pm in Punggol. There are better options.
