The food was delivered quite late in the afternoon (2pm on one day) but they managed to arrange for earlier delivery once we requested for it

Tingkat food was good and healthy. Service was great as well. Would definitely want to order from this caterer again.

Food is generally good and the portion is great for 2 pax. We order a 4 dishes lunch with no rice and thus cook rice for our meals. However, we noted that on every Tues and Friday, one of the dishes are replaced with noodles. So we end up with our cooked rice and noodles.

It will be good to share or indicate in the menu that on Tues and Friday, a dish will be replaced with noodles.

Delivery is timely except on the first day.

Loved the soup most. Overall, the food was not too bad, affordable pricing. Except for a day of missed delivery, service was acceptable.

Day 1 was quite early, received about 5 plus evening but day 2 no show due to vehicle brokedown which we understand.. however will appreciate a call to say late delivery. they did allow me to cancel as the food hasnt reach 7 plus and replace another day. so thumbs up for service recovery! soup has alot of ingredients!

The food was homely and decent and price was affordable. Variety was not a lot but good enough for us. We had an issue of no show on one of the days and was not informed. Had to call to enquire and found out that the delivery van broke down. Sought an extra day for replacement meal that didnt happen. Had to then call the caterer again to ask for the replacement meal to which it eventually was given to us. In terms of service recovery, i felt that it wasnt as good considering I had to take much of the initiative. So for price vs service, I would say i would rather go with a caterer that is more prompt.

I order for 2 pax, the food quantity is enough for 2 pax.
Soup is delicious. Food is good.
The food are nice to eat.

The food is tasty but day three was terrible - one egg, one fishcake, three fishballs + some long beans is hardly a meal? otherwise, the food is generally quite fresh.

Food generally nice but find some portion too small during the first week. Would not be satisfactory for big eater. But in the last 2 days, the portion got bigger. Only dislike are the chicken dishes - bones more than meat. Service is fast and good.

Portion was too little for 4 people. More suited for 3 average or 2 big eaters. Food on second day was quite bad when we were given 4 hard boiled eggs in soy sauce, nuggets, fish balls in sauce and vege. Had to supplement with other dishes daily throughout the 5 day trial. For the price paid, can get better food from other caterers.
