Good taste likes home cook and it is suit me and my husband as it is not salty. Delivery time for dinner is 4pm,it is really early in my opinion.

Robert’s Catering was my 1st Tingkat during the Circuit Breaker (CB). We tried out the the 10days trial for 2 paxs.
1. The liaison person Joanne, was efficient and friendly. She replied to customer’s enquiries promptly and even did follow up after that! Thank you Joanne!
2. The food was delivered at a comfortable timing although the dinner delivery time range is 3-7pm.
3. The packaging was nicely done and no leakages throughout the 10days. I like the fact that even the soup comes with cover though they wrap additional with a film. Some other caters didn’t do that and the soup will turn cold or need to find cover if it’s leave later for another diner to eat.
4. As taste is subjective, but I still wanna compliment Roberts as their menu and taste complimented my likings almost 90% throughout the 10days. Their pricing is also value for money!

Food is nicely packed.Their variety of dishes are delicious and love their Sayo Sauce Chicken and Most of the soup were good. Delivery was a bit too early for my place (4pm arrived), but I can heat up and enjoy my foods. Strongly recommend and good service.

Rice portion not enough if big eater. Overall, dishes portions are good and taste wise are good too. Soups and chickens are our favourite. In fact I find that all the dishes are nice. Better than my previous caterer Only the last day delivery was late, but overall ok. Thank you all.

The food portions were quite small so I had to increase by 1 more pax. The service was pretty good because they were flexible enough to allow me to increase the number of pax even though I had already started on the 20-day Trial Package.

On the 1st day of my order, I was dismayed to see that the food arrived in disposable containers. My kids protested strongly against it so I requested that my food be delivered with tingkat containers and they acceded to my request.

Whenever I complained that I was given items which I specifically asked to exclude, they will always make up for it by giving me an additional food item the next day.

I enjoy their tasty soups a lot and I like that they do not use MSG which was a key factor for me choosing this caterer.

Food is generally average and ok except that portion of certain food is small. Some items are countable. Certain items were replaced due to unforseen circumstances.

The variety was good given i requested for non spicy, no seafood, no curry, and no fish with bones. Tasty without MSG. Only cons is that the portions are fairly small.

Worth the price, timely and consistent delivery. Taste is acceptable and the menu variety can still be improved. Thanks!

Ordered 4 dishes for 4 pax but the quantity of the dishes looked more for 3 pax. However, the dishes arrived warm and fresh. Generally it was good but lack of variety.

First of all I must mention the friendly customer service I received when and throughout my order (except for 1 time). And it seems typical of all tinkgkat catering is that the first week of food was cooked quite to the special request we made. Then subsequently we found that the quality of food dropped as the days went by. In this case, the portions were getting in proportionately smaller and the dishes became quite oily and salty
