Renewed a few times lunch. overall food is nice to our likings - not salty nor oily. Occoasionally late delivery (~1.30pm)..

1st day they forgot my tingkat, after I contacted them, I received my dinner ard 8.20pm.
The meals are very simple and not tasty. One day got the 西洋菜soup is spoilt, sour taste--maybe foods left too long(?)
They delivered too early, around 4.30pm..actually I advised them to deliver after 6pm.
They did not ring my house door bell, but they just hang it outside :(
Luckily they have solve my problem and fast response.

Always on time and food with good variety. Meals are not salty. It would be good to have ingredients in the vegetable.

Respect purchase.

The caterer is very responsive in terms of communications too.
Delivery was prompt, Portion of dishes quite generous for 2 paxs and their soups are especially good!

Delivery on time. Customer service and billing enquiries are answered on same or next working day. Will order again.

This is the first time I tried from this caterer and their food is just so so if compare to the previously I order.

Not the 1st time customer. Food overall very good and not too oily and salty. But can improve by having some spicy stuffs like curry chicken.

Food is acceptable. Food Taste normally ok. usually lot of gravy. Portion a little small on certain days.

My kid likes most meat dishes and finish almost daily. We are satisfied with most dishes delivered and may return to this supplier after we have tried others for a change. Thanks.
