Food usually arrive on time.. Quality so-so like coffee shop mixed veg rice.. find it too oily or salty for many of the dishes. Portion is also little compared to other caterers.. Out of 5 days of Lunch Tingkat, there is 3 days of repeated braised chicken wings... Price is affordable though.

Ordered for my elderly mother who has a bit of hearing problem. On one occasion, I called up customer service to check if food was delivered because my mother did not hear anyone knocking on the door. Driver actually came back to verify that it was still left outside the door.

This is my second time ordering the 20-Day Dinner Tingkat from the same caterer. I like their soups except those with tang kuei which they usually substituted with another dish as requested. However, whenever they forget to substitute and I call to complain, they will always make good by giving an extra dish the next day. On certain days, they even give the extra dish for no reason.

The food is acceptable, at times quite good, and there is no MSG which is very important for me, but the service is really good and they are flexible whenever a request is made.

Quality is pretty good overall; Quantity a bit out (for 1 day) because caterer used a different size container due to shortage of supply however caterer compensated the next day with additional dish the next day; Service is good (punctual delivery time and was not too early around 11am-12pm for lunch)

The food and service are up to standard as well as up to my expectation. Will continue to renew my contract.

Family like the taste of food, ordered for lunch cos attracted by non rice menu on some days. Staple was not enough n was increased after calling them, no increase in price too.

We have continuously ordered from them as their food quality is better than the rest. price is also quite reasonable.

Food portion is good. There’s one or two times the food was a bit salty. However, delivery was quite prompt and there were variety of dishes.

Good customer service, nice soups. Quantity is just nice for 2 pax. The food tends to be delivered pretty early (before 4 pm for dinner).
