This is one of the worst tingkat I ever ordered. The containers were broken, soup was leaked out, damaging my table cloth, look at how poorly packed the vegetables are. The next day, there was a bug floating in the soap. Free extra protein I guess.

Usual caterers come around 3-4pm. This arrives at 6:30pm, still within delivery time.

Food was tasty, served in a decent portion and offered a good variety. Delivery was on time and they will always ring the bell to notify us that the food is here.

The food portions for 2 pax are just right for my family as we are not big eaters.
Always look forward to Tuesdays and Fridays for the special menu items.

The dishes are suitable for those who like home-cooked food.
The food are tasty and not too salty. No repeat of dishes and their vegetables taste much better than other caterer!

Food and service was within expectation. The soup was tasty and the dishes are well cooked and suitable for elderly

Personally feel that the food is very MSG-loaded, and taste really isnt great. Fried food can be quite dry and hard to swallow. Variety is not good as well, kept getting egg-tofu and had fishballs on consecutive days. Honestly couldnt wait for the trial to be over. Portion can be quite small, easily finished by 1 pax even though its for 2. Once, they gave me chicken neck. Lunch delivered around 10am/11am which is quite early. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Enjoyed the meals provided by Robert Catering. The team was quick to respond to my requests and food tasted like homecooked meals. Thank you!

The food is quite nice but portion a little less for big eater.
It arrived quite early around 4 plus for my area.
The soup is nice and my children love it.
Their vegetables are different most of the time eg: spinach, broccoli and mixture, not like others caterer which only give you mixed cabbage all the times.
Overall very nice, will renew for another 14 days til CB is lifted.

Good services, able to accommodate to my last minutes changes request i.e. from lunch to dinner.
food is generally delicious, portion is sufficient for 2 adults and 1 kid.

My lunch service started 1 day later than planned although the caterer has confirmed my order. I was unable to contact the caterer until the following day. Delivery time was irregular, probably due to understaffing during CB period. I was given the option to specify food preferences such as no seafood and no fish with bones but requests were not met. Fried noodles and beehoon were catered to make up for the 4th dish. Food portioning and menu can be improved.
