I order for 2 pax, the food quantity is enough for 2 pax.
Soup is delicious. Food is good.
The food are nice to eat.

The portion and variety are so much lesser than other caterers which we tried for the first 2 weeks of Apr. Very sad to see the food presentation, even kids roll eyes.

The food is tasty but day three was terrible - one egg, one fishcake, three fishballs + some long beans is hardly a meal? otherwise, the food is generally quite fresh.

Food generally nice but find some portion too small during the first week. Would not be satisfactory for big eater. But in the last 2 days, the portion got bigger. Only dislike are the chicken dishes - bones more than meat. Service is fast and good.

Portion was too little for 4 people. More suited for 3 average or 2 big eaters. Food on second day was quite bad when we were given 4 hard boiled eggs in soy sauce, nuggets, fish balls in sauce and vege. Had to supplement with other dishes daily throughout the 5 day trial. For the price paid, can get better food from other caterers.

Good taste likes home cook and it is suit me and my husband as it is not salty. Delivery time for dinner is 4pm,it is really early in my opinion.

Robert’s Catering was my 1st Tingkat during the Circuit Breaker (CB). We tried out the the 10days trial for 2 paxs.
1. The liaison person Joanne, was efficient and friendly. She replied to customer’s enquiries promptly and even did follow up after that! Thank you Joanne!
2. The food was delivered at a comfortable timing although the dinner delivery time range is 3-7pm.
3. The packaging was nicely done and no leakages throughout the 10days. I like the fact that even the soup comes with cover though they wrap additional with a film. Some other caters didn’t do that and the soup will turn cold or need to find cover if it’s leave later for another diner to eat.
4. As taste is subjective, but I still wanna compliment Roberts as their menu and taste complimented my likings almost 90% throughout the 10days. Their pricing is also value for money!

Was disappointed with both the quantity and quality of their food. Portion for 2 pax were very little and food were not really nice too, edible but sometimes could be salty or oily.

Food is nicely packed.Their variety of dishes are delicious and love their Sayo Sauce Chicken and Most of the soup were good. Delivery was a bit too early for my place (4pm arrived), but I can heat up and enjoy my foods. Strongly recommend and good service.

Rice portion not enough if big eater. Overall, dishes portions are good and taste wise are good too. Soups and chickens are our favourite. In fact I find that all the dishes are nice. Better than my previous caterer Only the last day delivery was late, but overall ok. Thank you all.
