Food is average. Vendor keep calling me reagrdibg payment as i place my order early, sometime end June for early Aug 2020. I was even told to whatsapp the number after payment which needs to be completed by 20 July.. After which i still received phone call asking me about payment.

Found the dishes not so worth for value. Food is usually very little and dishes repeat very frequently.

2 days out of 5 days is noodle instead of rice but minus 1 dish, ie 1 noodles + 3 dishes instead of rice -+ 4 dishes. Menu is not clear. Portions small.
Forgot rice one day and could not get reply, finally only replied when I went through Foodline and Foodline got through to them. In general, poor contact with the caterer.
Delivery was OK.

Food usually arrive on time.. Quality so-so like coffee shop mixed veg rice.. find it too oily or salty for many of the dishes. Portion is also little compared to other caterers.. Out of 5 days of Lunch Tingkat, there is 3 days of repeated braised chicken wings... Price is affordable though.

Generally ok. It will be better is there is less canned food and the food is less oily. Other than this, can provide the curterly pls .

Generally, good range of dishes. Some dishes were salty and portions were smaller than other caterers.

Finger food came in odd numbers for 2 pax, which was strange.

This is one of the worst tingkat I ever ordered. The containers were broken, soup was leaked out, damaging my table cloth, look at how poorly packed the vegetables are. The next day, there was a bug floating in the soap. Free extra protein I guess.

Usual caterers come around 3-4pm. This arrives at 6:30pm, still within delivery time.

Personally feel that the food is very MSG-loaded, and taste really isnt great. Fried food can be quite dry and hard to swallow. Variety is not good as well, kept getting egg-tofu and had fishballs on consecutive days. Honestly couldnt wait for the trial to be over. Portion can be quite small, easily finished by 1 pax even though its for 2. Once, they gave me chicken neck. Lunch delivered around 10am/11am which is quite early. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

My lunch service started 1 day later than planned although the caterer has confirmed my order. I was unable to contact the caterer until the following day. Delivery time was irregular, probably due to understaffing during CB period. I was given the option to specify food preferences such as no seafood and no fish with bones but requests were not met. Fried noodles and beehoon were catered to make up for the 4th dish. Food portioning and menu can be improved.

My 1st tingkat order for 10days trial 21 Apr to 5May. Was quite disappointed on my 1st meal. They did not deliver nor leave a message to inform us. We waited till 7pm and I decided to text them (deliver timing 4-7pm). Gotten back to me almost 8pm which we'r super hungry. The contact person did apologise and the meals reached us on time for the next 10days.
