Very disappointing. Late for more than 45 mins.
Setting up of table is not presentable.
Food is not enough, as I actually have 15 guests but I order for 20 pax.
Food is average only

Feedback received was the food was bland.

Food delivery came late and hindered the party as guest are not able to enjoy the food prior to the start time. Menu was not specific and misunderstanding of food item. Customer service is not proactive, and for any burning issues, have to constantly call in instead of them calling back to provide any updates.

Called the caterer 1.5 hours before delivery to make sure they could locate the venue and was informed they forgot my order. Eventually, they delivered the food 45 mins late from my original delivery time and gave me whatever food was available in the kitchen. Portions were pathetic, rice was not properly cooked and I personally would not eat the food served to my 100 guests. Made a complaint to management and we sorted it out but still left a bad taste in my mouth, especially since they were recommended by a good friend who used their catering service a week ago with good reviews. Would try them again but would definitely call the day before to make sure they attend to my order.
