Service is good, food is normal. Will be better if reduce on deep fried food.
First time ordered from this caterer after reading good review on their food, but not up to my expectation.

Overall presention still ok, but for food slightly above average. Robert Catering has agreed on the change some of the food item menu but ended didn't follow for one of the dishes.

E.g. I have requested for "Oven Baked Honey Chicken", instead of Honey Drumlets (which is harder to eat / bite for young kids), but ended up Caterer just ignored and delivered Honey drumlets instead. When questioned via Foodline whatsapp, Caterer replied that "their oven baked honey chicken and honey drumlet is same thing, unless customer put remark on which chicken part they want, if not they will give all drumlet"?? Then why is it that when I raised my request via whatsapp earlier, Vendor said ok to change with no charge, but did not highlight the above?

I feel that this part is rather unacceptable services.

Food is not bad. Presentation is also ok. A simple set up with comforting food. My guests were quite happy with the delicious food.

Food not up to satisfaction. Delivery is early before the time that is good , food portion is large

Quantity for 20 pax is reasonable and vendor brought down the items for self collection. Food wise, the rice and veg and hei Zou can be improved. Prawn is not bad. Packet orange drinks are given. Would be good if can choose curry as a dish.

The food is nice. But the portion is exactly for 40 headcounts. Delivery on time. Good customer service.??

The staff is very friendly & accommodating, allowing me to increase the number of pax for my order despite a last minute change. The stewed rice chinese sausage & yam was quite delicious, though the other dishes was average.

Food was good: sweet & sour fish, & chicken wings with bonito flakes recommended. Always pleased with the quality of the food and serving size was alright

The food was served on time, friendly staff as well, very delicious food. will consider ordering again from this place.

The food provided is hot and nice. My guests loved the sesame chicken and the fried rice. The portion of food is sufficient for the number of people that I had order. The fa cai vegetables need to be cut smaller for better serving.
