Delivery of food was right before dinner, but need to heat it up a little. Good quality with variety. Will order again.

Food taste is fine.

What I not satisfied is that my order was for 3 dishes and one soup. However, I usually got was only one meat with two vegetables.

Food quality is fine and portions are reasonable. Will be good if there are more variety each week especially for vegetables. I had potatoes repeated twice for the 14 days order.

Ordered for dinner but food was mostly delivered before 2pm, way too early and left to turn bad or some dishes will turn slimy. Tried to feedback but I think it’s hard to change what time they will prepare the food in the kitchen even if they can deliver later. Food is mostly too too salty and with processed food. Soup was also salty and not tasty. The veggie dish quality is bad, veg is not fresh, for eg. beans has turned black at the edges, not healthy to consume. There are definitely better options out there like Kim Paradise Tingkat that is only slightly more expensive but their food quality and taste is far more superior. Unfortunately they don’t deliver to my location which leds me to continue my search for a suitable Tingkat. Will not order from Robert Catering again…

Repeated order. Food has different varieties, suggest to have more fried food :) Will order again..!

The FD n services are to my expectation.the food is tasty n presentation is good. Will be good to select soft drinks or coffee/tea.

Service wise the caterer need to improve. As ordered an additional item which is 15x stool ended up the driver forgotten to bring. After that they re-deliver the stool but quantity still shortage.

Called the carter they mentioned that they will do refund to me for the stool order but till date no one bother to call me on the refund detail .

The food is alright , but the service of the caterer is needed to be improve.

At the day of event was at 5p.m the driver forgotten to bring the 15x stool that i have ordered ended up the stool was re-deliver at 6p.m but eventhough re-deliver of stool , the quantity they send is 10x only .

Eventually i called the carter on that day and mentioned on this issue , they mentioned that they will refund my stool $$ , but eventually no one bother to contact me or do the refund of stool to me.

Till date stool refund is not refunded.

If the item is very crucial to the event , i think whole event will be screwed up.

Caterer is accomodative to change some items on the menu. Hot drinks can be served. Setup staff were friendly

Food was delivered and collected on time. Staff is also very polite. Fuss free to order via foodline. Guests commented that the food was good. We had leftover for carbo and the rest of the dishes portion is just nice.
A little improvement can be done for their deco. It was a birthday celebration but the set up comes with cny potted flower.
