Food was generally good, though the Pineapple rice appeared to be turning bad as it was sticky. The portions were small. Though catered for 80, food was insufficient as the trays, except the pineapple rice, was wiped cleaned.

Rice and bee hoon portion was generous, portion for the rest of the dishes were still ok.

The curry chicken was a bit too watery

Delivery on time. Food tasty. Food came complete with tongs, ladles, forks, spoons,, servietes, plates, garbage bags etc. Food sufficient for 8 pax/moderate eaters. Not enough for 2nd round.

Tempura best. Everyone love the Fried Fish & Chicken. All 3 items finished. Quantiy for Mixed Vegetables, Fried Seafood Rice more, got left overs. Dissappointed with the Mango Pudding / not theirs / probably from NTUC. Would not pick this if aware. Mini Chocolate melted on arrival/no ice in container to keep cold. Transport cost is expensive at $30.

Being Chinese New Year, food are more expensive .

Taste was satisfactory, but the portioning is not enough. Food variety can be better, there are repeated types of ingredient used. Also, thanks RCS for changing the event schedule, but next time please respond early.

The delivery uncle is very helpful but food came an hour too early. The food taste good but portion is small for the fish and prawns.

Good food standard love by guests. Appreciate their cooking standard during CNY. Hope they continue to keep up with their standard. Thanks all!

This is the first time I ordered from this caterer. The dishes are quite nice such as chicken, prawn, fried rice, fish. However, I was very shocked with their service.
1) 1st shock: My guest were all here and the delivery was half an hour late. The dispatch called to inform me that the traffic was slow due to raining. Hence, this is still acceptable for me since they called to inform.
2) 2nd shock: When they reached, they opened up the table and told me never bring table cloth. The table looks dirty and unpleasant (this is a full table setup buffet). At the end, I had to use my own table cloth but its transparent, so still very unsightly.
3) 3rd shock: After the delivery had placed the food and light up the warmer, they left. I have to remove the plastic sheet and aluminium foil for every dish myself.
4) 4th shock: A loosely stack of serviette was packed together with the plates and cutlery in a plastic bag. I have to unpack the plates and cutlery myself and to tidy up the loosely stack of serviette.
5) 5th shock: They did not bring any chilli/tomato sauce which they supposed to.
6) 6th shock: I wanted to feedback all these issues, so I called the person in charge twice but she cut off my line twice.

This is for my CNY gathering function.
Majority dishes are good taste and looks fresh.
But the quantity is slightly not enough to serve less than 30 guests, I have to urgently cook and add some finger food to top up.
Lastly, unable to accept Paynow or bank transfer to make payment, I have to urgently rush to ATM to draw cash, so disappointed.

Delivery on time, forgot to bring Yusheng, take another 30 mins to deliver, order for 40 pax, most of the dishes portions are insufficient except rice w/ Chinese sausage. Black pepper smoked ducks is nice.

IF ONLY THE FOOD IS DELIVERED WARM. BUT UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING DELIVERY TO SO MANY PLACES FOOD IS COLD. THE FRIED RICE IS QUITE DRY AND HARD. UNFORTUNATELY THE COLD DISH CAME A MESS DUE TO MOVEMENT OF THE PACKAGING. OTHERWISE COULD BE OK.
