1) Delivery always very late almost 2pm in recent 1 to 2 months
2) Requested no Chilli but came with chili at least once to twice a week. When feedback to customer service, told will provide an extra the next day which didnt come. reminded one more time and same standard answer that will provide and didnt come
3) about twice a week, one of the dishes will be a carbo such as fried rice or noodles. i do not consider this as a dish. i will cook my own rice and when the carbo comes i have problem with extra carbo. i cannot wait till the food comes then decide whether to cook the rice coz food comes only almost 2!
4) last day of delivery after i decided to stop with all the bad experience, the delivery didnt even come. delivery man insisted he already delivered and customer service said maybe went to wrong place. ridiculous! same man send every day and will press doorbell, also can send to wrong place!?
Have switched to another caterer ever since and much happier now with bigger portion and consistent service and delivery timing

The food is decent, and the eggs were great, but delivery and service is a complete joke, On the first day according to the customer service the deliverer send my food to Orchard Road when I stay in Jurong West. A joke of the century, until now I just couldn't figure it out. 2nd-day food arrives at 7 pm and lagi best I order 3 dishes 1 soup but they send 4 dishes. And 3rd day even the best arrives at 7.30 pm still the wrong 4 dishes. If they can be more sober maybe i will order long term but man...my 3 days order feel like a long torture, so meh...skip....

The dishes are quite good, and my family enjoys them. Worth the price, I think. Will order again next time.

Good food, have been ordering for the past months and am quite satisfied with the timing and quality of food

1) Soup was good.
2) Don't like the Tau Kee vegetables.
3) Overall it's still ok. Except that I requested for the food to be cut into smaller pieces during packing as my family member has NO TEETH and unable to handle food cutting.
4) The caterer agreed but only fulfilled this request in the first two months or so.
5) Subsequently, I discovered that this request was ignored after I keep renewing.
6) So I decided that I could order from other caterers as this is an important consideration for renewal.

Sometimes food are delicious. Value for money. But most of the time, food is plain and normal. But can't blame them, you pay what you get. Delivery most of the time punctual (latest by 5+pm). Slow in responding to queries via whatsapp. They prefer calling them directly.

On the first day, we had to throw away one dish cos found a strand of hair on the vegetables. The soup is quite blend. Not value for money overall.

Decent food to order for tinggkat. The variety seems to be acceptable for the twenty days first
Time trying. Might order more next round

Felt like eating Lunch food for dinner. Delivery was 3+pm daily when it was delivered to be in the West for dinner. Dishes turned bad and sour when I come home at 7pm to reheat them.

Generally, not recommended as dishes were simple and not satiated.

Food quantity can be better, ordered for 50pax but seems to be lesser. The tropical fruit punch too sweet.
