It is ok overall.
It is generally ok on most days. Food is delivered very early. It would be good if lesser frozen or fried food is provided, and that the food can be delivered later in the evening (instead of early afternoon) since the food is meant for dinner.
Better than most caterers
Overall, pretty good as it is not salty. Portion for one person can give a bit more. I like the early delivery.
Good value but operations need to be improved
Long time customer with the caterer. Recently they seem to have some changes with drivers causing delivery time to be a lot later than usual (Still within the 9am-2pm time frame, but instead of very early in the morning delivered my food, they suddenly changed to 1+pm). The inconsistent delivery time became a problem to me later personally as it made planning my time tough. It is also very hard to get in touch with the caterer when things happen. Their operation is messy where the end date of my plan is unclear and need multiple discussions, after which I still received extra days of delivery while I'm not expecting them.
Affordable generous food
Second time ordering with them.. generally the portion was big, soup was our favourite. Will order again from them
Not sure if it's worth the price paid.
The good: Food portions were decent and not salty (in fact some were very bland), soups were quite tasty and didn't make us thirsty.
The bad: Delivery was very early (before 5pm) so everything is cold. Some dishes were really basic (eg steamed egg with nothing but egg and minimal seasoning).
The ugly: The crab balls were especially bad (see photos). We took a bite and spat it out and threw everything away as the starchy texture and lack of taste was so bad.

OK food but late lunch
Food was ok but the lunch was delivered close to 2 pm which was way too late for elderly and there was missing delivery on a day. Although they checked and claimed that meal was delivered but they still replaced 1 meal for us which we appreciated.
Value for moneg
The food is average but is value for money given the price. The noodles/ rice provided on Tues/ Fri is abit too oily
Okay but frequently change 1 dish into a noodles.
Food is generally acceptable and portion is big for 2 persons.
However, we dislike that for around 2 days per week, Robert Catering will change one of the dish to fried noodles/kuey tiao/bee hoon. We already cook our own rice so there is too much staple for us to finish. Ended up with wastage.

Customer service is bad, only plus point is pricing.
Getting from bad to worse
1) delivery came after 1pm. was 10 to 11 in the past
2) frequent closures with 1 day notice

We've just renewed for another 20day with Roberts Catering. However, these days their delivery time seems to be an hr later than usual which affects my rating for them. Hope they can better the delivery timing.
