The portion is little,. The soup seem like no changes, almost same type. The fry process food almost appear every day.

Food was pretty good for my trial, though I would prefer if there was more vege and if the soup was more flavourful. thought the delivery was a bit early for my area around 3-4 pm.

Food always deliver between 3-4pm. Abit early. Food is ok. Typical tingkat. Portion is ok. One bad thing was they stopped the meal early and let me poor family waited the whole night. Such mistake should not have happened in the first place since it's not like we amended the order.

Delivery time was too early about 2.30pm and the food was cold. Home cooked food and delicious soup. Food portions was ok.

Food taste less salty compared to other caterers I have engaged.
Only issue is the customer service:
1) Very slow/no response
2) Asked to skip lunch coz not at home...reached home late afternoon and the food was left there a few hours to rot...at to throw away
3) Notified them of the issue in #2 above and they did apologise but did not investigate further
4) Next day food did not come, whatsapp and ask is it not coming and no response, until a few hours called 2nd time finally someone answered and said skipped the wrong day.
--> Very disappointing, cannot manage changes and I have second thoughts on renewing as from time to time I need to skip. Just 1 time i requested skipping and its wrong.

Good value purchase - Food is good & the convenience makes the purchase worthwhile. Delivery has become very early nowadays but workable for me.

Nice balance meal and price is one of the affordable one.
Some days they provide different kinds of noodles.
I ordered this for my upper primary school children. They love the meal for first two weeks.
The only consideration is that the lunch arrived as early as 10.30am which the kids only can take them at about 2pm. The food is cold.

Have been subscribing to ROBERT CATERING for a couple of years now since the COVID outbreak. Food wise is decent and portion is adequate. Only thing is the delivery timing haywire... sometimes early; sometimes late.
