Must give Robert Catering a try. The food is quite good and the soup is very tasty. Definitely will order from them again.

Very good value. The food tastes good and arrives at consistent time. The only downside is that they take a long time to acknowledge the order (Seems to be 1 working day before your chosen date) and feels a bit tough to reach the caterer. Otherwise, recommends this.

I wasn’t aware this caterer is no soup for the lunch. Which is not indicated in the menu. Beside this I have indicated 3+1 with no rice. But every weeks they will be 1-2 with fried rice and noodles in the meal. So I everyday need to wait for the driver to deliver the food then only can know if I need to cook rice or not. So it’s very inconvenient..

Tingkat service is good as they try to accommodate my request. The soup and food are nice. I like it because it is an affordable price with nice food (not oily and not salty). The portion is enough for 2 adult + 1 KIDS . But need to see you are big OR small eater. Overall, Good variety as compared to my previous caterer Tingkat which serves decent meals. delivery staff is pleasant and polite.

Food was good. Occasionally will have prawns. Less fried food as compared to my previous tingkat provider.

Food is actually ok but the service is really bad. The first day, they sent food to the wrong house, I was waiting till 1 PM and there was no sorry at all. The next day food came at 12.25PM, which was really late as I wanted to feed my toddlers at 11:45AM-12PM. So, I called them and asked if I can have food by 11.30AM, the lady told me can be done. But then, the next day still late. Need to remind again. Every begin of week also need to remind them to send the food early. It feels like they never took a note and took my request seriously. During the tingkat service, I have no confidence if the food can reach on time, so need to prepare meal separately for my toddler, which defeats the purpose taking tingkat. Happy that it is finally ended.

Food is hard and rubbery with sub quality ingredients for amount of money used to spend with other Caterers

Foods taste so so, sometime vegetable are tasteless, sometime oily. Meat portion very small. Always have problem with the time delivery, arriving food after 1pm, there was only one event of super late delivery (near to 2pm) which was very late as compared to other caterers.

The food is alright in general. They had been pretty good in taking note of the special requirements in the previous cycles, however, for this cycle, the special requirements had been missed on a couple of occasions.

The food cooked with great taste and delicious. Suit my taste. Service is good. Will recommend this tingkat was better one.
