Ordered twice.
At first was ok.. after the 2nd reorder.. service was very bad.
No menu at all
Food quite small portion

Food was good. Occasionally will have prawns. Less fried food as compared to my previous tingkat provider.

Soups are nicer compared to the other dishes. Delivery time is consistent. Food portions can be more though.

Food variety is good. The portion is just nice for 2 pax.
However the food taste is not consistent.
Will try for 3 dishes + 1 soup in future.

Overall the food is good and suitable for my family. The fish could sometimes be smelly but already see improvement since our last review. Will continue to order.

Was disappointed after the first few days , food portions were reduced and there was no pork dishes. Mainly chicken and tofu several times a week. there was no delivery for one day without notice.

Ordered for 30 days but no delivery for 5 days & late delivery for some days. When call up to ask on the late delivery, kept saying will call me back but never do so. Decided to cut short the order to 20 days. Call up the caterer to confirm the last day so that I can start the next order from another caterer, the lady said will inform the person in charge & replied me in WhatsApp but only got the confirmation after 3 calls. The worst experience I had with a Tingkat Caterer. Food is actually not bad but can't be said about the service.

The quality of the food from Robert Catering services was of a higher quality than other caterers in terms of freshness (for vegetables) and taste, however the food portion is roughly 20% less than their competitors.

Overall the food is good and suitable for my family. The fish could sometimes be smelly but already see improvement since our last review. Will continue to order
