Food is flavorful, good range of selection and timely for my 74yo father who needs to eat early due to his severe gastritis.

The caterer thought I had ordered for dinner instead of lunch and my food did not arrive the first day. They sent me food at 3.30pm even though I requested for dinner on that day since they forgot my lunch order. Food came cold. On the second day, food came at 1pm (much later than I usually get my food). Subsequent days I got my food at 10.30am. Caterer was quick to reply me, just that service recovery not great. No follow up as well. Bit ill still order from them because of rhe reasonable pricing.

Jus that almost everyday have tofu dishes… we like the soup, chicken dishes and vege curry.

Food was tasteful. The Asia combo was something innovative too amidst the usual dishes. Timing sometimes was late but still managed to deliver by noon time.

The food is tasty. On a few deliveries, the quantit was too little, enough only for one pax. Did a feeback to caterer. There was a slight improvement. Can do better.

Robert Catering staff members are very polite and helpful. They were very accommodating to our requirements:

No fish with bones, no lamb, mutton & goat. Due to health reasons, no squid,
sotong and cuttlefish.

This is my 2nd time ordering from Robert Catering. The variety of food is consistent, however, the soup does get a little repetitive at times. Overall, the taste is good and healthy. Do note that portions are not huge, we don't eat much, so it was ok for us.

The quality of the food was so-so. Curiously, after one of the meals, our entire family suffered bout of diarrhea the next day although nothing too serious. One problem is that the delivery is much too early for dinner, some days @ 2 pm! If the meal was prepared too early, then chances it will go stale is high...

Delivery on time, good taste and portion wise also enough for two. The vendor also nice enough to change the lunch to dinner. However the respone time just a bit slow sometimes, overall quite satisfy with this vendor. Will order again

Food is acceptable. Robert is able to accommodate to my request to switch to 4 dishes after 5 days. But they are slow in sending the weekly menu over

Really liked the soup they served as you can taste that they really used actual ingredients and time to make it, unlike other caterers. The dishes were also quite tasty with good variety. Some dishes might be spicy but we like it. Going to reorder again.
