Robert Catering food is tasty on the whole especially the soup. However, observed that too often same potatoes and pumpkins. Sometimes dishes were salty.

Food is of good and consistent quality. have been supporting this vendor for many years and will continue to do so in the future

We ordered 40 bento sets and were very pleased with the experience. Delivery was earlier than expected, which gave us ample time to prepare. The food was well-received, and we received many positive compliments from everyone. Overall, a great experience! One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider using boneless chicken for added convenience.

I can say the chicken curry is waaaay better than any other caterers that I have eaten before, creamy and filled with flavours. Totally would order the chicken curry again.

The food is quite tasty, but the portions can be slightly smaller at times. We will be placing our order again.

Our order term lasted for 30days over 10weeks, every Mon-Wed. We received our food most of the days at around 3.15pm . We saw others review that the curry chicken was good, unfortunately we only had it once, no doubt that was good. Some other dishes we like were braised taukee, some of the seasonal vegetables, and in general soup was good. Portion is satisfactory as all 4 paxes can eat alot and there can still be leftover on some days. However there was a repetition of tomato based potatoes almost every Monday from our impression, the menu rotation was not that good, and the potatoes were usually undercooked. There were many occasions we received fried items like fried fish fillet, fried chicken wing, fried processed crab claws, fried chicken cutlet - we personally feel fried food is not suitable for Tingkat menus because cooking is done around 1pm and delivery takes place around 3 to 7pm - items are usually soggy and lose their supposed crisp. It was one of the most value for money tingkat plans on Foodline previously, but now there's a substantial increase in price, so it is not likely that we would order again anytime soon, considering mixed opinions as above.

It was my first time ordering from them. Honestly, the food was not too salty and tasted like home-cooked meals. Although some dishes included processed ingredients, the overall experience was good. My kids especially liked the soup and even ended up eating some vegetables. I personally enjoyed all the soups too. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to take any photos. I will definitely order from them again.

My family and I are repeat customers of Robert Catering Services' dinner tingkat service. We really like their food!
