The food is not salty/oily but still flavorful ! Variety of dishes is wide and we did not really see repeated dishes. All foods are up to expectations - tastes great and yummy.

The portion was sufficient, food taste consistence. Order few times but always get my order mixed up on the first day. Overall is reasonably good.

For tingkat standard, their food is quite delicious & soft.

But, sometime, they do not follow menu.

Food quality and variety only so-so. Worst dishes are those with tomato ketchup sauced items. Biggest complaint is that dinner gets delivered very early, the earliest ever received was 1:45 pm! This is despite stated delivery time after 3 pm... Makes one wonder what time the food was cooked? Likely in the morning which means food becomes stale by dinner time...

The customer service team is very friendly and professional. They follow with me to confirm my order within few hours. The food throughout my package was pretty consistent and good. The dish taste like home cook food and the delivery is always early but we prefer it to be early than late. This is a great help to busy indivdual like me who has no time to cook for my family. Price is reasonable. foodline

Food is flavorful, good range of selection and timely for my 74yo father who needs to eat early due to his severe gastritis.

The caterer thought I had ordered for dinner instead of lunch and my food did not arrive the first day. They sent me food at 3.30pm even though I requested for dinner on that day since they forgot my lunch order. Food came cold. On the second day, food came at 1pm (much later than I usually get my food). Subsequent days I got my food at 10.30am. Caterer was quick to reply me, just that service recovery not great. No follow up as well. Bit ill still order from them because of rhe reasonable pricing.
