Varied food quality, sometimes were ok sometimes needed more attention. E.g. very fishy tioman slices, cauliflowers with obvious black spots or eggs omelette that tasted a bit off (my kids refused to eat although they are egg-lovers) and slightly saltier soup (subjective of course)
A few hiccups like late deliveries, 7pm and after, and missed food delivery due to system upgrade and got rectified after contacting them. Decent food portion

We got fried noodles and rice on 2 out of the 5 days as a dish. however, we do not consider them a dish. we are not interested in rice or noodles and rather have actual vegetables/ meat instead.

1st time trying this tingkat company. Delivery timing was slightly early for my area, at around 4pm. Food wise, was alright. I preferred the non-meat dishes.

The food taste good, got home cooked taste, sometime a bit salty, but overall is satisfy, will continue to support.

Great customer service…prompt in response and are helpful. Resolve issues quickly as they really listen to the comments and feedback. Food is ok in taste but would appreciate a but more variety.

The portion was too little. Sometime its not enough for 2 peoples. The food taste was good and service was ok.

Generally I felt the variety was good. I ordered a 20 day meal plan and dishes didnt repeat much. Taste wise is good as well. However I thought that the serving was too small for 2 pax.

Repeated order. Good and tasty food as usual. More variety and improvement was observed in the food recently.

The food was alright, basically ordered for my boys. Could have been better if there were more meat and gravy.

Food usually comes in daily before 5pm; generally the quantity is okay and the variety is quite good.
