Foods taste not consistent, sometime vegetable are tasteless, sometime salty. Meat potion very very little. Always have problem with the delivery person.

Food is not value for money. included fried rice when I indicated RICE not required. also the dishes portion not enough for adults. I was thinking if they go hawker and daobao for me instead.

Food was reasonably tasty, although some dishes were too salty. Overall acceptable, delivery was ok too.

I rather caterer spend more effort in cooking the dishes and trying them before delivering to us rather than decorating dishes with the flowers.. the lo han vegetables and curry chicken both signature is horribly salty, we even poured away the gravy and try to lighten it with water but it is still way too salty which was thrown away eventually.. cereal prawn with so pathetic amount of cereal tt I wouldn’t call it cereal prawn, Hong Kong noodles is a tad salty too although I specifically reminded caterer “less salty” for the dishes… the rest of dishes is edible but nothing to rave abt, sambal beancurd is merely deep fried beancurd stir fry with sambal sauce, fried rice looks unappetising too… was nagged by my mum and grandma for ordering this and it really spoilt my day and bday occasion..

It was overall alright - Variety and taste was decent although the portion is a little small. Customer service was ok too.

We ordered 3 dishes and 1 soup dinner for 2pax, The portion was sufficient for us 2 adult and kid. 1st day they forgot to send rice but they replace a dish for us next day. i like their soup cover plastic wrap, wont flow out.

Ordered dinner but it arrived as early as 3pm for the entire trial. The serving is lesser as compared to other caterers for same pax, good for people with smaller appetite. Food is average, not bad nor good. Fried fishes always have fish skin which we don't like. Many dishes from different days have the same fried shallot placed which is not crispy, I rather they don't put it at all. You will also encounter the tomato starchy dishes which will repeat within a short span. But one thing special about them is that at times, they replace your plain rice with soup or fried bee hoon, which I think is not bad.

Food was very salty and not worth the amount.
The vegetable was sourish one time and they sent a replacement dish that next day.
Overall food is not very fantastic

We ordered this tingkat for dinner but delivered around 3-3:30pm which is really early as we usually eat dinner on 7pm. It was expected that it would arrive early as they said dinner would be delivered from 4 to 5pm however 3 plus is really too early. Also, the cucumber carrot dish tasted a little sour. My relative ordered this tingkat for lunch too and the dishes were exactly same as dinner menu. I really wonder if lunch and dinner were made at the same time in the morning. Also, we ordered soup and we know this is a halal so pork will not be the the soup base. So instead, chicken was used as the soup base. As chicken was used, everyday’s soup tasted the same chicken soup. My relative recommended this to me so i had quite a high expectation. This high expectation might be what made me this disappointment.

Not under my expectation. Food either is too early reach. And too often happened that either 1 of dish or rice will be spoilt when delivery to me. Multiple request sent to caterer to change food to at least 5pm but still dinner will sent around 3 onwards.
