Wide varieties of food and food delivery was on time for lunch. The food is quite delicious but I hope they would do soup for lunch as well.

Food was good, I quite like it in fact. But the portion is too little. We order for 2pax and sometimes the qty comes in odd pieces, i.e. 5 nuggets for 2pax..

Food taste is good in general, soup is nice.
Portions are small. Husband has to snack after dinner cause not full enough. The delivery person sent to wrong unit on first day, we had to tabao ourself after waiting till so late.

Robert's tingkat menu selection is generally quite good and varied. It's set lunch combinations that includes rice or noodles on Tuesdays and Fridays are quite a favourite for the family as it gives a refreshing change to the normal four dishes. The rice / noodle portions are generous too. However, they could also offer more fish dishes, steamed rather than fried as the fried dishes are more the norm which doesn't lend for a healthy meal if one is watching one's calories and saturated fat intake (that comes from fried foods). Other than this, the family's enjoying the meal selections and for delivering the food bang on time. Both Joyce and Joanne have been most helpful in assisting me so a BIG thanks to them for delivering great and responsive service!

Order for 3pax, the food portion can be for 4-5pax.
The customer service very responsive and fast on replying.
But no fish and pork dishes....always chicken dishes.

I was not very happy with the food & services provided by this tingkat caterer.
Delivery time was not punctual & food portion given was not enough for 2 person.
Overall food was ok.
Hope they can improve on the delivery timing.

Varied food quality, sometimes were ok sometimes needed more attention. E.g. very fishy tioman slices, cauliflowers with obvious black spots or eggs omelette that tasted a bit off (my kids refused to eat although they are egg-lovers) and slightly saltier soup (subjective of course)
A few hiccups like late deliveries, 7pm and after, and missed food delivery due to system upgrade and got rectified after contacting them. Decent food portion

We got fried noodles and rice on 2 out of the 5 days as a dish. however, we do not consider them a dish. we are not interested in rice or noodles and rather have actual vegetables/ meat instead.

1st time trying this tingkat company. Delivery timing was slightly early for my area, at around 4pm. Food wise, was alright. I preferred the non-meat dishes.
