The food was delivered very early. Not sure abt others but suits me well as I take it for brunch. Food is decent for the price paid.

Have been ordering from ROBERT CATERING since CB period. Customer service was good and accommodative. Food variety was good too.

Food was good. First 2 days portion were more for 2 pax rather than 3. After contacting them, they promptly adjusted the portion for subsequent 3 days.

Delivery was within time frame. Better if lunch had soup. Serving size just right for 2 pax. Food has variety over the 5 days. Omelette serving size is generous.

Trial for 3 days & had opt out for veg. Out of 3 days 2 days come with veg. But CSO are willing to add on another dish for the next day.

Portion good enough for 3 pax, though our package is for 2 pax.

Renewed with them for 20 days dinner. Their co-ordinator, Joanne was friendly and quick in responding and able to take note of what we want.

Fantastic, the portion was huge and tasty. When I informed that I didn’t order soup as was wrongly sent and the staff Joanne was kind enough to assist me and replace me a dish the next day.

Tingkat is value for money. Food taste is okay but lacks variety. Delivery timing around 1pm which is too late.

Repeated orders from this caterer as they are one of the cheapest halal tingkat carriers that cook chinese food to my liking, except that it's sometimes abit too oily.
