Food generally is ok. Would suggest that Loyalty Points/ Rewards be given to those who made repeated orders. This will encourage customers to stick to the same tingkat, thus reducing admin & delivery issues.

We decided to do the four-dishes this time round and we did not regret our decision. It is really better without the soup option. For once, this 10-days, we pretty enjoyed the food. Hopefully the salted egg dishes will do a comeback!

Good price and enough portion but delivery is a bit too early. Please have more varieties of the dishes.

The food was tasty. There was a variety of food. However the fried food was badly burnt on a few occasion, can hardly eat almost throw away the whole box of food.

The food is value for money. Food is considered ok . They are flexible and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Repeat customer...chicken dishes are the best. Soup however can sometimes be a bit too salty. Portions are just nice.

It's my first time trying Robert Tingkat service, good experience. Highly recommended. Good food at a reasonable price. Thumbs up!

I must say that the balance of food colour, texture and flavour is pretty good but this is offset by the inappropriate portion of food. The amount provided for 3 pax is effectively enough for 1.5 persons. We had to divide the food for 3 persons but the amount is insufficient to do it equally. The amount of noodles provided on Tuesday was 3 boxes full but was accompanied by a small thigh for 3 pax. The noodle was just boiled in water and topped with soya sauce- reminding me of the army food rations. I really hope Robert catering will take this feedback seriously and rectify this huge weakness because I believe they will then be a much better caterer and I would like to order from them again. Thank you.
