Robert Catering could really do better as this is not the first time I ordered from them. They could really do something for customer retention. Firstly, they can check for the consistency of their daily menu and whipped out better dishes. They do not have to be exceptionally good. A simple dish could do wonders.

Food quantity is too little for two pax and some days the third dish is only omelette hence we cannot cook anymore eggs to top up our dishes. They usually have fried dishes as the main dish so not very suitable for elderly or young children.

Repeated order. Excellent food at reasonable price! There are different dishes throughout the lunch tingkat.We like the tuesday & Friday Combo.Customer Service is friendly & accommodating. Great Service.

The food is good based on the price paid.
Very cheap so cannot expect too much.

But the cooking are chinese style.
Would be great to have different cuisine like malay, western.
However chicken was always the main food, fish not really fresh.. I opt out seafood. Would be great to add in beef/lamb in their menu so will be more variety.

Soup was at one point very salty and when the feedback was given to the customer service, the soup got better. The customer service has also been very responsive and prompt. Thank you.

Not the first time ordering. Food is not too oily and salty except for a few dishes over the period of the order. Portion can slightly improve. Delivery is usually very punctual. A third of the times, the dishes does not follow the menu and have to chase after the menu. Overall still satisfied.

I ordered 4 dishes instead of 3 dishes and 1 soup, which is a change from my previous order, but still received 3 dishes and 1 soup. Nonetheless, a good caterer and i will order again. Their customer service is not bad though, when I call in to enquire about stuff.

Food was tasty generally except for a few dishes which should be due to personal preference. Reasonably priced and worth a try if you are going to get a tingkat. Portion is not a lot but definitely sufficient for 2 pax in my case.

Always looking forward to the daily food sent. Repeat customer. Food portion is enough for 2adult 1 kid. Soup is tasty.
