Received two seafood dishes (LaLa/Sotong ring) on two occasions although I have highlighted no seafood for my order. On the third ... More day of my order, received a message from caterer that the vehicle broke down and no dinner will be delivered for that very day. This incident caused much inconvenience to make alternate arrangement on our dinner. Have informed to cancel dinner on a few days but received the dinner delivery on 2 occasions despite no dinner is expected. This has caused food wastage on the 2 occasions. Overall, this caterer has much room for improvement in terms of communication and alternate vehicle in the case of vehicle broke down situation.
