The service was fast and prompt, less than 15 minutes after I made the order, the staff called me to confirm the details.
Food was good, less salt and oil, no msg (important!).

Repeated order for lunch tingkat due to work from home very convenient. Food is healthy and quite value for money.

Generally, all the dishes are tasty and nice. None of the vegetables are over cooked or too hard. Soup portion is more than enough. Dishes portion are just enough. Usually the vegetables have more than enough. The dishes are usually different and interesting from the other caterer I have ordered from. We are quite happy with the food compared to those I have previously ordered from. However, I am paying slightly more, which is about $23 more for 5-day dinner for 4 with soup, which works out to be about $6 per person per meal.

Food - there is a variety. Continuous addition to food variety is welcomed to keep the menu appetising and appealing. Service is ok - the basic is there.

Food is up to our expectations. have been buying for few years and will continue to support.

Food are generally nice except for vegetables. Vegetables are uncooked. Food usually delivered early.

My umpteenth time renewing tingkat subscription with Ronnie Kitchen. Their service is good. And staff friendly. Good variety of food and not too oily or salty. Portion is good too. Only wished less use to plastic containers. Consider reusable containers which we can return the next day.

Yes... countless times of renewal..... my only choice for tingkat catering... Home cooked food... .
