Food was good and my guests enjoyed the food very much. It was certainly value for money and I had sufficient food for my guests.

The food is ok.

Delivery was on time!! Food was good and I have recommended to my friends.
Only the sambal sotong, the gravy seems to be quite thick which make the sotong taste not very good.

Some unpleasant experience with the delivery guy. I didnt managed to have his name.

1) The utensils, paper plates and Cups were insufficient. Did not experience this issue for my past Buffet ordering. Ended up I have to personally purchase the utensils outside when my guest told me its ran out. This is embarrassing.

2) I have informed the sales before confirming the order, that my event is from 1pm to 5pm. Requested the keeping of buffet can be after 7pm and was acknowledged. Apparently, the delivery guy came to my event venue at about 4.45pm and wanting to keep the catering. After some negotiation, the catering was kept at 5.15pm to "accommodate" Roonie Kitchen.

Perhaps the service can be better...

My guest loved the food! I have parties every year and this time, all my guest complimented the food and that makes me very happy! I will definitely order more from Ronnie’s kitchen! Thank you for making my party a success!

Good!

I ordered 3 dishes 1 soup. So far i like 90% of their dishes and 100% for their soup. Food are packed nicely, so no leakage, even consume around 730pm (the best consume was 630pm) is completely OK.

The only complaint is that the uneven of dish portion, sometimes we can big serving on two meat dishes, but sometimes we can a bit too little. It would be good if the consistency is there.

Having said that, I am glad that they primarily use real food, not the processed food or deep fried frozen food on the 3rd dishes which quit often offered by other caterers.

My guests are generally happy with the food served as the food looked appetiting and we finished all the food.

The comments of my guests are good. The food smelled good n i think the price is reasonable.
