Everything is ok. No more complaints. Dishes are always cooked with heart. The only complaint is soup ingredient using pork stomach can be quite frequent (2-3 days in a row). Hope the soup can be different daily.

I like the taste of the food overall. After switching to disposable container, the soup spill is no longer an issue. However, sometimes when we consume the food or soup around 8pm, it had been spoilt. I think it is still reasonable.

Getting better in term of delivery. Only leaked half soup at one time. The soup only turned sour after 730pm (2 times). Hope everything is getting better. Delivery timing is also getting more consistent now before 6pm (as opposed to a few times ... More 650pm).

The relief driver is better as he did buy us a soup from nearby kopitiam after it leaked. The current driver is different but seems better by not throwing the soup on our stool outside the door.

Still trying to solve the soup leaking problem, a lot of handling hiccups...hope things will get better as I still like their cooking style and soup

Renewed 3 times. I like the dishes, mostly yummy with generous servings. The only complaint is the mishandling of soup (3 times in 20 days package). I hope they can improve on handling soup as my purpose is not to get refund.

This is one of the better caterer for us after trying a few in last few months. What I like is that their portion size is more generous than other competitors (e.g. for 2 pax others will give 4 chicken mid wings but Hewtop give 6 instead).

Most ... More of the dishes are also delicious with good mix of pork, chicken and fish. Sometimes, we also have prawn (at least 2 times in 20 days meal).

The only concern is the vehicle breakdown happened lately for 2 times in 20 days cycle. It might be a temporary problem but we did receive notification in mid afternoon to respond to these events.

Love the soup and dishes. The fish given is better than other tingkak provider - even if it is dory, it is a better quality one with fish texture. Overall, portion is considered generous. Will continue.

Some days are good some days are so so. Generally, the taste is ok. Not sure why there is pork in the dishes despite non-halal. One of the delivery was 2 hours earlier and one dish was sour as a result. Upon complaint, no explanation too. Move on to ... More other caterer.

Repeated customer. I love their vegetables as it is always cooked in the perfect condition and very clean without smell of any chemical. I also like their soup (occasionally might be too salty but most of the time is ok). The only complain is that ... More it might have dory fish fillet for consecutive days, while some other days are good with prawn and real meats.

I have tried their tingkak dinner 4 dish 1 soup for 1 month and it seems good to me. My fav is the way they cook the vege and soup. The only complaint is sometimes the soup or dishes tend to be a bit saltier.
