Portion is reasonable for the price. Customer service hotline is efficient.

No issue with meat dishes, but dishes of vegetables with stem and braised peanuts are not so well-cooked. Tough for elderly to chew so I have to steam them.

Repeat tingkat subscription, as usual the menu is varied and you will not be sick of the taste even after 20 days. Will stick to Ronnie Kitchen if there is a need for tingkat subscription.

Portions of food smaller than the other caterers I tried before. Tried to squeeze all food into one box although I ordered for a few people. Have a lot of meat dishes which is nice. Quality of ingredients is good overall.

Mostly comes with 2 meat dishes and a vegetable. Food is generally good and satisfying. Soup can be further improve on the taste, a little bland but still fine.
Curry chicken can come with more sauce please!

Its a surprise everyday when it comes to Ronnie kitchen so far there isn't much repeated dishes yet.

There was once the food potion was lesser than usual and wrote in to feedback. The service staff did call and acknowledge and find out more on my feedback and they did act on it! Something which my previous caterer was missing out and chose to ignore.

The food is nice but too little portion. A wide variety of food. The food is very fresh.

Food is generally okay. Quality and quantity is quite good and not salty. Chicken is quite good and soft.
