Food is tasty

The food portion is generous and good to receive at 4+pm.

Already ordered for 2nd round after 5 days trial. Nice food.......

It’s so hard to decide which dish I like the most because I like a lot of them! My first Tingkat experience and it was really good. I did dislike dishes with celery or bittergourd but that was usually 1 dish out of 4. The vegetables were not served with “starchy” sauce that I hate; instead they were clean and tasted “clean”, fresh.

Sometimes 2 persons’ portions can be for 3 (for smaller eaters). Food are to be eaten by 6:30pm - I can only eat after 7 but food still tasted good. There were days when I reheated leftovers and they were still great.

I wish food can be sent at a later timing so they can be warm without me heating them up... but I understand this is standard Tingkat protocol?

Caterer also gave me a complimentary day to make up for the first day when they gave only a person’s portion.

Overall, a good experience!

Ordered tingkat from them before and i love their food so I wanted to try their catering for my boy 's 1 year old birthday. Food is yummy and my guests cleared so much food !!

Guests commented the food are quite nice except the sweet and sour pork. It’s abit too hard.

The portion is big , value and nice .

Food is quite cold upon arrival although been informed but there should a way to do it better.
The sambal long bean is too salty and assam sotong is quiet difficult to chew.
Overall food is nice.

Food has lots of variation, ordered 20 Day tingkat and so far haven’t had any repeat dishes yet. Food tastes delicious as well and soup is good. I was also very busy this month and had to request for more than 2 times meal deferment and they were quick and amicable about it, which I really appreciated. I would definitely reorder from them again and highly recommend them to others.
