Same vegetable dish repeated within a week. Food cold when received. Do not understand why french fries is a dish. Generally taste of food is still acceptable.

So far taste good for the meals send by Royal Cuisine, however price is on a high side just for the meal itself. Driver delivery timing varies everyday. It would be good if timing is same everyday.

Food quality was all right. Delivery was late once. During the 10 days, food served was exactly the same on one Mon and then the next Mon. The siew mai and har kau smell very not fresh, this was served twice in the 10 days and on both days all 4 of us agreed they smell odd and we threw them away.

The food quality and quantity was acceptable. The caterer is also very responsive but unfortunately the food only came 2 hour later. We selected for the food to be delivered at 5pm. It didn't arrive and after checking and prompting the caterer the food finally came at 7pm. I noted there is unforseen circumstances regardless delivering timely is important.

Food is ok and hope they can keep up with the delivery service.
Will continue with the caterer if delivery is on time.

Food is delicious. Delivery time is quite constant. Food is well packed. Love the soup and the meat dishes.. Very convenient to have meals delivered on weekends. Happy with their service. Will probably recommend to my family and friends.

Food was served in bento set and it was not the typical home cooked dishes. The taste was acceptable. However, it was not value for money and the quantity could be more. The service was bad - one of the days the food for lunch came at after 2pm! The service line was also difficult to reach and typically no one picked up.

Had 5 days trial, food was on time on the first day but late on the other days. The dishes are not really worth the price. At least the customer pickup my calls but didn't really get back to me on my order status, I have to call again to ask for updates. Will not order again.

Prices is higher than other caterers. Food quality is good. Some days have prawns. Food is packed in bento box. Rice is not included must pay $3/pax for staples.
