I have been ordering from this caterer for a while.
Mainly the ordering process is straight forward and delivery is smooth.
Food taste is acceptable to my family.

Have been ordering from this caterer. Food taste suits my family. Variety can be limited as I can see repetitive dishes.

Their food is acceptable.
However, delivery starts to deteriorate. Delivery is later than 12pm and got 2 times food didn't arrive.

I have been ordering from HEWTOP. The food meets our expectations. Kids love the food. Only thing that they need to improve is the packaging. The sauce always spill inside the bag.

First time ordering from this caterer.
I had a bad experience as a first timer.
Food did not arrived and contacted them of the incident. i have been looking out for it till 1.30pm. After a few calls, they concluded that it was misplaced by the ... More delivery guy. They compensated me for a day.
However, at about 4+pm, i went to open my door for my kid, i saw the food hanging outside.
No doorbell, no calls....i was speechless and decided to throw away all the food since I got no idea how long it had been hanging there.

Food is not my cup of tea too.

The food taste is good and variety a good spread.
It takes a while for them to repeat the dishes which is good.
