Horrifying delivery service

I have requested the delivery to be in the afternoon of 23 October 2022 and received the message acknowledging it will be delivered at the specified time. To my horror, the buns were found outside the house at 530am on 23 Oct. The buns may have been left outside since 22 Oct night. It is so unhygienic and unprofessional. It is a birthday delivery; it is not just some food order to have left it outside for someone to collect. I am very disappointed with the service provided. There is no notification that it has been delivered as well.
